We believe every business should leave people better off.
Businesses have the power to improve lives – for workers, leaders and the communities around them. The small businesses that thrive boast a positive, supportive culture, led by founders who are able to lead with confidence, intention and vision. But it doesn’t happen by chance.
At Amity Resources, we believe everyone should be treated with the same respect, regardless of where they live. Our team aren’t just offshore workers – these are people who will become as integral to your operations as those on Australian soil. That’s why we only partner with clients who align with our values. And while that means we’re not the cheapest, it’s a business investment that you can feel good about.
Supporting the businesses that make it happen
We support businesses of all kinds in the mining industry ecosystem. These are the essential businesses that keep the whole industry and supply chain moving – and they involve so much more than just boots on site.
The mining and industrial services sector brings a different level of complexity to even the most basic roles – we know, because we’ve worked both sides, too. Managing the internal pressures of running a business alongside the demands and expectations of clients can leave founders feeling overwhelmed and on the brink of burn out.
Insight, expertise and hands on experience
Amity Resources was borne out of an MBA project and the need to conjure staff in the middle of the Pilbara on a shoestring budget.
Founder Natasha Collins was finishing her MBA while running the family business, Tidal Solutions. The business had reached a pinchpoint, needing to hire more staff to deliver more projects. But with the right people nowhere to be found – for the right price – anywhere in the region, Natasha looked for an alternative solution.
The result: tapping into the talent-rich workforce offshore in the Philippines.

In the Philippines, we provide a huge range of support and services for our employees. We believe everyone should be paid fairly for their skills and experience, which is why we’re committed to paying fair and equal market rates for the Philippines. But benefits aren’t just about money. Our employees also receive healthcare, equipment and training that supports their development, opening up further opportunities for them and their families. We also support local organisations where possible, to give back to the communities that we work within.
