Momentum has been meticulously designed to address the needs of businesswomen in regional Australia – particularly Perth and Western Australia. It can be hard to find a consistent, high-level peer who can share their empathy and guidance, who understands the decision-fatigue and overwhelm of these roles.

This is a space for connections that matter, shared insight, and growth in business, and most importantly, in you. For many executive-level women, it’s difficult to find a high-level sounding board, or a support network where you can share honestly.


We want Momentum to be that for you, so we’re deliberate about creating a space of collaboration, not competition.

FAQs

  • Casual visits aren’t available. Momentum isn’t like drop-in networking memberships or groups. It’s a year-long, curated program to facilitate building a strong network with growth focused businesswomen like you. It’s about making a commitment to yourself and your growth.

  • This is a high-value program for women looking to develop their leadership skills and strengthen their network with other C-level women, business owners and entrepreneurs. This is an investment in your personal and professional development. The investment covers the cost of managing the program, guest speaker fees, and quarterly networking events. Please get in touch if you’d like more information about joining our February 2026 cohort.

  • Momentum runs from February through to December. We encourage you to apply early. Expressions of interest open in October each year for the following February.

  • Our focus on curating an intimate group of only eight women means we don’t have vacancies to join through the program. If you’re interested in adding your name to the waitlist for our next cohort, please get in touch. .

  • Our program is a hybrid program, with a mix of online and in-person sessions to support relationship-building and networking. You will be provided a schedule in advance to allow you to plan travel for Perth-based events, if you’re based regionally.

  • We understand that life, and business commitments, can sometimes get in the way. As Momentum is a structured program with shared accountability, we highly recommend making it a priority. If you can’t make one month, we encourage you to check in with your network regardless, to offer support and stay accountable.

  • Absolutely, we encourage it. Momentum is about building strong networks and business relationships. This takes time, and communication outside the program helps achieve this.

  • The retreat is an optional activity exclusively for Momentum members. It is not included in the program fee.
