We’ll agree on the job description and goals, then get the ball rolling.

We advertise, screen and interview candidates, before organising an interview with you, the preferred candidate and the Amity team. We also conduct skills testing in the Philippines, which you can also attend.

We’ll finalise the contract – for you, and our new hire – and then take care of the details. Our team co-ordinates visa applications, travel arrangements, initial accommodation and even a local support contact to help your new team member adjust.

Following a comprehensive induction and any additional training, we onboard the team member and embed them with your team. Regular check-ins are scheduled to keep everything running smoothly.

Employees are sponsored by Amity Resources, and we manage the entire process from end-to-end, including all travel arrangements, initial accommodation and on-the-ground support to help your new worker settle in and feel at home.

Staff are employed by Amity Resources, and outsourced to your business. You will have a contract of service with Amity Resources, rather than an employment contract with the worker.

Amity Resources sponsors each worker, and manages the visa application process.

Workers are hired on your behalf for a four-year contract, in alignment with visa requirements.

We thoroughly assess the skills and qualifications of each candidate to make sure they’re capable of performing the role to an Australian standard. While the individual certifications may be different, they will hold the necessary skills and qualifications to meet requirements. Some additional training may be required to get them up to speed on the processes and expectations within your business.

It’s difficult to give a clear estimate of time, as the recruitment process for these roles can be longer, with time needed to assess each worker and relocate them. We’ll discuss timelines with you when we scope the position.
